A 15-minute consultation to help veterans select the appropriate package for their needs.
Cost: $25
Note: This fee can be applied toward the cost of another package if purchased within 30 days.
Basic Package:
Includes AI-driven analysis of military service and treatment records only.
Cost: $200
Comprehensive Package:
Includes analysis of military service and treatment records, personal health records, and other additional documents.
Includes a personalized consultation to refine claims, lasting 30–60 minutes or longer if needed.
Pricing Tiers (based on document volume):
Up to 25 documents: $400
26–50 documents: $500
51–100 documents: $600
Over 100 documents: Custom quote
Follow-Up Support:
Allows veterans to submit additional documents after an initial service for further analysis to determine if these change or add to their claim opportunities.
Cost: Custom pricing based on document volume and complexity
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full upfront before any work begins.
Clients who choose to donate 10% of their service proceeds to a nonprofit waive their eligibility for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Email] and must include:
Completion of the required survey (linked in the final report email).
A valid reason for dissatisfaction with the service.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Clients must upload their documents within the specified timeframe after receiving a document upload link.
Only accurate and relevant documents should be submitted, as inaccuracies may affect the analysis.
Clients are expected to provide honest and complete information during consultations to ensure the AI’s accuracy.
Documents are submitted through Google’s encrypted ecosystem and stored locally in secure, encrypted storage.
All documents are deleted within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise requested by the client.
Information is shared with third parties only as necessary for payment processing.
All submitted data is processed through a closed-system AI and is not used to train or improve AI algorithms.
ClaimSmart VA does not represent clients in claims or appeals and cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Delays caused by technical errors, client inaction, or external factors are not the responsibility of ClaimSmart VA.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents and information.
While ClaimSmart VA provides insights based on historical data and regulations, we cannot guarantee claim approval, rating increases, or specific VA decisions.

ClaimSmart VA reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
Failure to upload required documents within the agreed timeframe or provide accurate and relevant information.
Engaging in abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable conduct towards ClaimSmart VA staff.
Providing false or misleading information or documents that compromise the analysis process.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their service at any time before work begins for a full refund.
Once work has started, refunds will be handled according to the 14-day money-back guarantee.
Refund requests will not be granted if:
The client fails to complete the survey within the 14-day period.
The client provided positive feedback in the survey but later requested a refund.
The refund request is based solely on a disagreement with AI findings, rather than service quality.
The 14-day window has expired.
A 10% donation was made to a nonprofit through the client’s selection on the intake form.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We collect personal information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and documents submitted through our services.
Your information is used to analyze your records, provide guidance, communicate with you, and improve our services.
Documents are securely stored and deleted upon completion of services.
Information shared with third parties (e.g., payment processors) is limited to the minimum required for service delivery.

Third-party services such as payment processors only receive necessary billing information and do not access client documents or analyses.
